The Organization

Klockarberg School in Skinnskatteberg is beautifully located in the village right next to the church with a view of Lake Nedre Vättern. Klockarberg School is the municipality's only school and has 400 students from grades F-9. Within the school area, there are after-school care, sports hall, library, and cultural school. The goal is to create a safe school with a holistic view and a common value base for parents and children from the time the children start preschool until they finish grade 9. The school should be characterized by an open and good working climate where students and teachers thrive together. The municipality's smaller size means that decisions are made close at hand and the opportunity to influence the development of the organization is great. The school has a staff group of about 80 employees divided into five well-functioning teams, each led by a team leader.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in the school's after-school care and has a good understanding of the after-school care's mission. You will base your work on each student's needs and conditions. You are responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an educated leisure teacher/preschool teacher/after-school educator or who has another university degree with a pedagogical focus. If you have experience working with value-based issues and meeting students with special needs, it is an advantage.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and value social competence and collaboration skills. You have an inclusive approach and the ability to create good relationships.

Working Hours/Duration

The positions are temporary at 80% and 100% with start dates of 2026-05-01 and 2026-08-03.
